Refunds and Returns: If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to Dallas Firefighter’s Museum within 30 days after your order is received. Return shipping labels are purchased by the customer and are non-refundable. The refunded purchase price reflects any discounts, promotions or coupons used at time of purchase. Any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. All returns should be shipped to the address below:

Returns received past 30 days, used, damaged or defective due to poor return packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credits will be issued within 5-7 business days once all items are received, inspected, and processed. All packages must be properly packed to prevent damage for the return transit. Your credit card company determines when the credit reflects on your statement, it may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
